Japanese Egg Roll

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup dice carrots(small pieces)
  • 1 cup dice onion salt pepper oil
1. Crack 3 eggs and place it in a Bowl
2. Add dice onions and carrots
3. Add salt and pepper
4. Beat until fully mix
5. Heat the pan(non stick) and add a little oil.
6. Add a quarter of egg mixture and let it cover the whole pan surface
7. Roll the egg mixture until it reach its halfway in its end
8. Add again a quarter egg mixture and repeat this process until none is left
9. Cool the egg roll before cutting
10. Serve and enjoy
